  • Members will retain access to support from their provider for any covered services outlined in their purchase agreement.
What steps is GHB taking to ensure a smooth transition?
  • Support for Members: GHB will honor all warranty and service commitments during the transition period and beyond, as specified in the agreements.
  • Published phone numbers and websites: GHB will maintain all phone numbers and websites until 2026.  Phone lines and websites will redirect automatically but members can still reach GHB at the plan specific contact information.
What should plans do to prepare for the transition?
  • Update internal messaging with the following, “GHB will sunset its program on January 31, 2025.  As a member, if you have purchased a hearing product through GHB, you will retain access to support for any covered services outlined in your purchase agreement.  The balance of your manufacturer warranty and service through your provider remains in place for the duration of the 3-year policy from the date of purchase.  To reach GHB directly, please call (877) 914-1011.”
